UTC uses SSNs as student numbers. It's next semester registration time again, of course, so people are thumbing through their transcripts and whatnot; so far two friends have complained of inconsistencies, possibly related to computerized registration. One complained about the person in the records office he spoke to harassing him when he wanted to get a class he never attended off his transcript. The other went so far as to blame an ex-gf for, knowing his SSN and birthday, messing with his schedule. Being computer people, he noted that they were sinning by using a data-ful primary key.
