Separating News From Noise, the Wired News article about Radio Dave Winer says has some errors. The error(s) I see are about the nature of RSS, which is highly contentious as it is: it stands for about four different things (including nothing), it is five different standards (0.91, 0.92, 1.0 which uses RDF, and the now drafting 0.93) with varying compatibility and three Yahoo! Groups (syndication for content syndication in general, the newest reallySimpleSyndication for 0.93, and rss-dev for the RDF clan).

The first error I saw was with, So far, CNN is the only mainstream news organizations to embrace RSS, since I get BBC headlines in my Radio, but those are actually scraped by blogspace, and I didn't want to argue what mainstream meant. So there.
