Apparently it wasn't so much my meddling in MyUserLand.root that caused my performance problems with Radio, but turning on upstreaming. That's a disappointment, since my Stapler tool is upstreaming enabled,
by which I mean it publishes its scraping results in RSS 0.92 files in the upstreamed www directory (though that should be a configurable preference I guess), so others can use the scraped stuff in addition to one's Radio using it locally. I'm not sure if I should really bring it up in the proper Radio discussion channels since the download page says, "Windows 98/NT4-SP4/W2K"
and I use 95, and my machine barely squeaks in with the rest of the minimum specs. But then, I installed IE5 since it's in the list, then found out Radio doesn't need IE5.
