The last syndication digest was all about Netscape's RSS Futures document. A long while ago, I looked into Dublin Core and couldn't make heads nor tails of it, but they (the green tags) seem pretty straightforward in this case. It's much more complicated than the Really Simple Syndication camp's formats, but most of that appears to be the back-compatibility, which the actual RDF Site Syndication camp is giving up.
