The Moose is talking about Bryan Bell and HTML vs content management. It seems pretty obvious, and I doubt anyone with a multipage site--even if it is done in straight-up HTML--doesn't use some kind of templating.
But Bryan Bell's design for FragDifferent, a Mac gaming news site, sure is nice.
