I thought I'd blogged this once or twice, but can't find it in my archive: the Nicodemo Scarfo keystroke logging (Declan McCullagh at Wired News) debacle rolls on, with Justice invoking the Classified Information Procedures Act to prevent from revealing the leet keystroke logging technology with which they captured Scarfo's PGP passphrase.
