The new They Might Be Giants album, Mink Car, was supposedly released yesterday--they seem to be selling it at cdnow. It has nice cover art, but two of the tracks are on Long Tall Weekend and I have the Working Undercover for the Man EP. A track with M Doughty might be worth it, though.
