I'm starting to think pure

I'm starting to think pure OpenGL/GLUT fullscreening doesn't actually work, that it needs to be in a Windows program to trip the NVIDIA driver's stereo signal. That's a major obstacle to doing stereoscopic Flightgear, since we'd have to shoehorn it into the Windows application framework, and the actual Flightgear people won't like that. (Well, they couldn't care less what we do, but it's been planned (by us) that our contribution would make it back into blessed Flightgear. That won't happen if we have to cripple it to Windows-specificity.)
