Last week the (emissions) Malfunction Indicator Light came on again--we just took it not too long ago, I think this month, because of that. They kicked the coolant temperature sensor for me, for free; last time they replaced the oxygen sensor for free under the guise of a recall. The visit before that--the trunk not closing--was fixed under warranty and hasn't been too much trouble since, though it's still not foolproof. Eh.
All around, I've had a nice experience with Volkswagen of Chattanooga.
