A deep thought on Sturgeon's Law

If 90% of x is crap for any x--which is usually how people apply Sturgeon's Law--what about crap? Is crap 90% crap, or is it an exception?

It sounds like a smart (as in -ass) comment, but really: is it actually saying that 10% of what you consider crap isn't?

If 100% of crap is crap, 90% of crap is still crap. Yar.

So is it that at least 90% of everything is crap, so “90% of crap is crap” because it’s OK that the other 10% is too? Is 90% of the 10% of something that isn’t crap also crap?
