Dave Winer and I have been talking about audio blogs and how to set them up so that publishing an audio post will be as simple as a written weblog post,
writes Adam Curry. Interesting since this meme floated around on LiveJournal enough that a couple friends had mp3 entries. On campus (where it was easy) I listened to some of the Real Audio versions of TomPaine.com articles, so it might be nice. Nice especially for some people, though not as nice as hot and cold running accessible web sites, and not for those of us with dialup and slow computers codecs are murder on--but we the latter can read faster than you could speak, and you're using good HTML 4 and CSS, right? So it's a neat supplement.
(Also funny: the comments to Adam's post saying they couldn't play Sun .au files, which are, IIRC, older than dirt.)
