I woke up Tuesday to Toby Keith's Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue on the local prize-winning country station, blaring on parent's clock radio. (My cold made me sleep in the living room, in a recliner where I could sit up.) Later, while chatting online, I noted I had seen Ray Stevens ("the Comedy King of Music City (Nashville)") in concert when I was younger; he has a new single, Osama Yo' Mamma.
