Sue-age: Google's PageRank as a computerized reputation system

You might've heard about Oklahoma's SearchKing suing Google for diminishing its PageRank. Reading icann.Blog's item on it, it struck me that we are only going to see more of this as computer-calculated reputation systems take more hold.

Beyond that I hold the common position of, "Who the hell do they think they are that they can compel Google to say they're authoritative on whatever the hell they talk about on their site?"
