Band can't sell own music on eBay because VeRO assumes all CD-Rs are illegal. I can see the cost effectiveness of it: people selling their own music are the vast, vast minority. Who cares if the guy can't sell his 20 copies of his CD?
This is what copyright enforcement is about.
