blo.gs RSS ping lets your Movable Type ping blo.gs with an RSS parameter.
Also, I fixed a long-standing "bug" in POT.py. It wouldn't create directories it needed, before; now it does. It also doesn't add new files to the manifest until they upload. Actually, now it keeps republishing all my code pages, so I'm not sure I didn't break something in the process.
