So I finally opened my warning that my ReadyMade subscription is running out--one more (quarterly) issue--and as I got my trial issue and subscribed online, I go to their website to renew my subscription. You can get a trial issue, subscribe, subscribe after your trial issue, and change your mailing address on the website, but you can't renew? Geez. I should send an email or something. Does my wariness to send my credit card details by snail show I am actually totally confused?
I complain because I care. Honest.
