JumpDomain is breaking some folks' DNS this weekend. So if you're wondering where Brian McGroarty is, he's temporarily invisible.
For that matter, if I disappear, that's where I went.

They’re coming for us all!!!
For the record, still no reply or explanation from JumpDomain. They’ve managed to boff their name server handling something awful. Since their big changeover last December, there’s been no way to register a new nameserver with them, and apparently they’re now rolling over customers who didn’t have at least two nameservers defined within the JumpDomain interface.
The problem seems to be fixed in the newest root update, but the lack of communication from the guy who runs the show has been worrisome to say the least. It used to be that all support inquiries were handled within a few hours. This one’s been 36 hours unanswered and counting.
I’m abandoning JumpDomain despite some of the domains being paid years in advance. Dotster’s the new home for me.
