Yeah, I fixed that Lazyweb thing I did, so if you like the win-click to minimize previous app behavior of the Mac OS, but you use Windows XP, you can use this program to duplicate it. When it runs it puts an empty icon in the taskbar notification area; I suggest using Win XP's notification icon management options to hide it, but you can also right-click it and "Exit" to turn off the behavior, which is to minimize the active application when you hold down the Windows key and click some window. (Clicking the current application also counts, in which case the current application gets minimized, same as the previous release of this program.)
