So apparently Russ of various music projects (he runs Audioscrobbler and wrote the foobar2000 plugin for it) wrote a foobar2000 plugin for generating TRM IDs. Relatable TRM IDs are generated from music data then "black boxed" through Relatable software somehow; the main use of TRM that I know is MusicBrainz track IDs. I want this because then, seems like, I can use foobar2000 to run all my ripped music through MusicBrainz and retag them standardly. I can't use the MusicBrainz Tagger to do it because, at the behest of an audiophile friend, all the music I've ripped lately is in Musepack, which the MusicBrainz Tagger doesn't support.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem it was ever released; maybe it's supposed to be in a future version of the Audioscrobbler plugin, which might be convenient. It may be the code to which teetee refers here, but no telling.
