If you’re not using it a lot, Virgin Wireless is great. $0.25/m for the first 10 minutes in a day, $0.10/m thereafter. Your minutes keep rolling over as long as you add $20 worth every three months. Long distance and roaming are included.
You don’t get a camera, but most normal phone plans start at $40/month (plus up to $15/month in taxes and FCC fees, depending on your locality), so you don’t sign up for $480/year either. If it saves you even 1/6th of that amount in a year, that’s enough for a camera better than the one built into any phone.
