Sylph showed me Animal Crossing over the weekend, and half has me wanting to get it (and a Gamecube) myself. It was Sunday and summery, so they were having a fishing tournament (it's each Sunday this month). I also got to see K.K. Slider, the dog who sings in the same quick buzzy synthed voices as the other animals speak in while the credits roll (spoiler), and Sylph took a couple hours (!) to show me Mr Resetti's various speeches. It'd be fun (as Brad Choate says!), but I'd have to get a tv too, or at least a tv card for the desktop PC. Hmmmmm.
We also played Fluxx and Killer Bunnies, which was fun once we (Sylph and Sylph's SO and I) got the hang of playing. There are a lot of rules, and some we had to make up. But it was pretty fun.
