Joey deVilla has pictures of the window display at Toronto's Pages Books for Jim Munroe's An Opening Act of Unspeakable Evil.
Also, as the book is epistolary fiction supposedly on a weblog, Munroe is serializing it as such. (There are RSS and nice pictures.)
